Shipping Policy
Baba Leather Shop is a professional leather manufacturing brand, and we take full responsibility for safe and timely delivery of our products. Every order is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
We offer flat-rate shipping, meaning shipping charges remain the same regardless of order size—whether you order one product or multiple items.
Our standard delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location and the courier service selected.
For customers who need faster delivery, we also provide an express / emergency shipping option (2–4 business days). If you require urgent shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange it accordingly.
For any return or exchange, shipping charges may be deducted. Customers must contact us prior to returning any product to receive proper instructions.

Return Policy
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or quality issue, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, whether the product has been used or not.
If the issue was caused by us (such as a defective or incorrect item), we may accept the return even after 30 days, depending on the case.

Return conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging

All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included

Custom-made leather products are only returnable in case of a manufacturing defect
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the return process will be completed within 1–3 business days.
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please Note:
Used, damaged, or customised leather items are generally non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. You may be asked to provide your bank or payment details to process the refund.
Refunds are usually processed within 3 business days.

If the issue was caused by Baba Leather Shop, no shipping or additional charges will be deducted.

If the return is due to the customer’s decision, shipping charges and applicable taxes will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
All refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
